The hotel after renovation looked new and clean. The rooms looked clean.
Day 1 8 Sep 2012 Checked in and I was given keys to room 317 however at room 317 the door card could not open. Returned to Reception staff made a mistake gave the wrong room cards. should be 201. This room is very small with a king size bed that no space for working on laptop and desk. Requested to change room. Transferted to room 216, the room looked ok but at 630pm sleeping half way water pouring out from air condition inverter. Changed to room 218. At night carpet floor wet next to bed and ceiling water mark like level 3 toilet flood. Next day breakfast asked for two over easy eggs the cook said they charged when the buffet breakfast spread was terrible. I was disappointed booking through Booked.net but the room rates were same as walk in rates

Tbh, had a such wonderful stay for a night. The room I booked was carpeted and upgraded with fridge and iron, as for instance. Location: the hotel was adjacent to surrounding area such as best place for eating, Hallmark view, and Melaka for a last-minute trip. It also was in banks.

It was an incredibly beautiful and nice hotel in a tourist area, short walk to taxis to places of interest eg, city centre, and the center of the town. We had satisfactory breakfasts for fry rice for so long.

The room was nice and comfortable. Most of all i loved the shower which has lights.
The location not really to tourist attraction places but then again its not a problem as we do not mind as we could drive around it did not stop us.

Convenient location, close to a mosque and interesting attractions, situated by the seaside. It's a maximum 20-minute walk to the lake. 🏝️

There are so many interesting facilities such as the shower with color changing.
Location is not so good, we almost lost for every time to back to hotel.

I booked into the Premier Room. When I checked in, I found that the room has no windows to the outside. There was no mention in the website that the Premier room has no window (and it is more expensive than the deluxe room). Due to the fact that the room has no windows, the room smelt musty and moldy. I really felt cheated when I was not made aware that the room has no windows and feel claustrophobic.

The room was spacious and stunning with a nice view, providing a great night's sleep, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from Al Azim Mosque.

Comfort of the room and hotel facilities. Staff is nice and efficient, ready to help.
Nothing maybe the location. We went to the Hallmark Inn more in the centre for the second night (we extended our stay), same same but better location not far from the river.
